Financial support can include:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Payment plans<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We may be able to look at a payment plan which can help you spread the cost of your bills, over flexible payment periods, such as weekly, fortnightly or monthly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Water Direct<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you receive income support, job seekers allowance, pension credits, or Income Related Employment and Support Allowance from the Department for Work and Pensions, you may be able to arrange for your payments to be taken from your benefits.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Social Tariffs<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our Social Tariff is aimed at customers struggling with paying their water bills. It offers discounts on water bills to low-income households that meet certain criteria.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Breathing Space<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On the scheme we won&#8217;t chase you for payment for at least 60 days and will work with you and\/or your debt advisor on a manageable payment plan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>WaterSure<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>WaterSure is a scheme that is designed to cap water bills for vulnerable customers, who need to use a lot of water and are on a water meter.
